I am trying to keep up with them but truthfully they are happening so quickly that it’s very difficult to do between my current job’s shifts right now (I had actually drafted part of an update to this post a few weeks ago but then the situation evolved so quickly there would have been no point to posting it because it was already out of date). Additionally the exigent need for data on COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 is letting some really shoddy literature make it through peer review that wouldn’t ordinarily have which is frustrating because it essentially yields literature that offers no useful information i.e. basically every single paper I have seen discussing chloroquine as a therapeutic.
